AWE recommends the best appropriate fiberglass material to be used for each type of fumes that the scrubbers are designed to treat. Elements of the surroundings where installation of equipment will also be taken into consideration when AWE suggest the best material to use for the construction of such equipment. AWE can provide manufacturing facilities to manufacture the above at any size and can recommend ways to dismantle in order to fit into normal container. Installations of such equipment can also be discussed if necessary.

AWE can provide manufacturing facilities to manufacture the above at any size or shape as required.

AWE manufactures industrial fan which are made out of corrosion resistant fiberglass material. Sizes differ according to required airflow. All Fan impellers are made of Fiberglass while shaft is made of SS304 or SS316 thus making it resistant to corrosion. All impellers are dynamically balanced.

AWE also provides services to repair or manufacture replacement impellers or casing.

AWE manufactures a wide range of FRP mist eliminator according to customer requirements in different shapes and sizes. Our Mist Eliminator can be easily removed and thus making it easy to maintain.

All airvents are manufactured according to clients requirements and taking into consideration of space constraint where site installation will take place. It can be in different shapes and sizes depending on requirements / area. These are fabricated using corrosion resistant material thus can be used in chemical environment or environment subjected to weather conditions.

Treatment tanks are manufactured according to capacity required and process required as provided by the consultants or clients. All items are made of fiberglass thus allowing it to withstand corrosion and chemical contents. These can be designed as a separate item for easy transportation and assembled at site as one. All fiberglass materials used will be reviewed based on chemical content and concentration. The most appropriate fiberglass material will be chosen and recommended for manufacture. Treatment tanks can vary in shape and sizes and come with different accessories. For larger tanks, AWE can manufacture in parts and assemble on site depending on various site conditions.

AWE provides simple treatment for small scale industrial wastewater treatment as well.

Fiberglass storage tanks are best used for the containment of chemicals necessary for waste water treatment systems. All storage tanks are manufactured with material suitable for the containment of the different chemicals with varying concentration. All storage tanks are also designed with accessories necessary for the easy drainage and refilling of such storage tanks if required.

AWE specializes in 3-in-1 clarifier for small treatments or small industrial sites or for simple treatments. AWE’s clarifier can also be manufactured according to space constraints.

AWE manufactures a wide range of rain water collection tank, generally used for the collection of rainwater to be reused for simple purposes. Such tanks do not have complicated equipment, just simple mechanism to separate leaves, dirt and dust from the rainwater. Such tanks are especially useful in areas near the sea as fiberglass materials have strong resistance to the salty environment existing in areas near the sea.
